Joanie Hulse is a retired kindergarten teacher with over 40 years of classroom experience.  Known for her silly, interactive storytelling, she inspired generations of young learners to laugh, move, and fully participate in the joy of reading.  Her playful writing and whimsical illustrations spark imagination while offering simple practical tools to help children recognize and manage emotions.  Through her books, Joanie brings warmth, patience, and joy to homes and classrooms everywhere.
